The Official Problem

The Moot Problem shall be drafted by a Problem Drafting Committee composed of members selected by the Committee. The subject of the Moot Problem shall be determined by the Advisory Group and shall reasonably reflect current and relevant issues in the field of competition law. Subject to the discretion of the Advisory Group, the Moot Problem shall consist of a hypothetical decision of the Competition Tribunal made further to an application filed by the Commissioner of Competition or a private party under one or more of the provisions of the Competition Act.
